SPP Industrial Division

SPP Corporation’s Industrial Division answers our customers’ need for a more comprehensive process package.  From its expertise in individual process components such as tanks and vessels, SPP was challenged to work on projects outside the food and beverage industry but more akin to industrial and chemical applications.  We successfully met and aced the challenges that came.  The more notable projects we were involved in were:

  • Toyota Motor car body paint shop enclosure and air system
  • Primo-Oleochemical Oil refinery plant
  • ChemPhil Phosporic Acid Plant
  • Caltex Oil Wharf expansion
+35 Deg C Horizontal Liquid Receiver Assembly being prepared for final welding

Engineered Systems

SPP’s design, procurement, cost, safety and project engineers work together to achieve the goals set for an engineered process system.  This means that regardless of the type of product, environment and materials, we are able to execute the project plans of our clients.  Enabled with CAD assisted software and adhering to common standards such as ASME, DIN and GMP, we fabricate, finish and install your process equipment to the set specifications.

On-Site Work

On-site installation is also our expertise.  We have equipment, rigs, scaffolding and other resources to move, transport, install and erect your order or build the same on site.  We know heavy lifting, logistics and mobilization.  We have successfully installed hundreds of pieces of equipment including the related utilities, piping, structures, platforms and accessories. Our engineers and craftsmen are knowledgeable and provide client access on-site, making contactor-client coordination direct and prompt.  This benefit is very much welcome by our clients.

Quality Assurance

Conforming to ISO 9002 standards, quality assurance is an integral process in our work flow.  Quality inspectors are assigned both in-plant and on-site, ensuring that the engineering and workmanship standards are met.  Quality is integral from design, material purchase, fabrication, finishing, delivery, installation and commissioning.
